Ms. Laiba Irshad

Ms. Laiba Irshad

Ms. Laiba Irshad is an Alumni of Pakistan College of Law, she has an LL.M with a specialisation in Commercial and Coporate Law with a Merit from University of London. She holds Postgraduate Certificate in Law with Distinction in International Business Law and Diploma. Her education includes a Master's from the University of Punjab in Political Science and Public Administration. Her LL.B (Hons.) is from Pakistan College of Law, University of London. Ms. Laiba has been part of Pakistan College of Law for the past 5 years as a Programme Coordinator and faculty superviser of PCL Moot Court Society and LEAP Pakistan.

She has represented Pakistan and Pakistan College of Law in several international moots such as 40th Edition Jean Pictet Moot Competition 2023 and Regional Rounds ICRC Henry Dunant Moot Court Competition, 2018 in Tehran, Iran. Her team was Runner up in 11th National Rounds of the ICRC Henry Dunant Moot Court Competition, 2018 and winner in UCL Moot Court Competition, 2017. Ms. Laiba has been published at PCL Student Law Journal and LEAP. Previously she has worked as Legal Counsel at Wateen Telecom Limited, Ahmer Bilal Soofi & Co and Haidermota.

Ms. Laiba is a Lecturer for Legal System and Methods, a first year Module of University of London.
