Centres, Programmes and Workshops

At Pakistan College of Law (PCL), we are committed to nurturing the next generation of legal professionals through a range of specialized centres, programmes and workshops. These initiatives are designed to provide students with hands-on experience, advanced legal research opportunities, and essential skills training, ensuring that they are fully prepared to excel in their legal careers.

Pakistan Law Clinic

The Pakistan Law Clinic at PCL offers students a unique opportunity to engage in real-world legal practice under the supervision of experienced faculty and legal practitioners. The clinic provides pro bono legal services to underprivileged communities, allowing students to apply their theoretical knowledge to practical cases. This hands-on experience is invaluable in developing professional ethics, client interaction skills, and a deep understanding of the legal system.

Pakistan Centre of Legal Research and Publication (PCLRP)

The Pakistan Centre of Legal Research and Publication (PCLRP) is a hub for legal scholarship and academic excellence. PCLRP is dedicated to promoting high-quality legal research and publishing in the field of law, with a particular focus on issues pertinent to Pakistan. The centre oversees the publication of the Pakistan Law Review and PCL Student Journal of Law, leading peer reviewed law journals that have gained recognition for their rigorous scholarship and contribution to legal discourse.

PCL Dignity Rights Centre

The PCL Dignity Rights Centre is an initiative aimed at advancing the understanding and protection of human dignity in Pakistan. This project focuses on research, advocacy, and education related to dignity rights, working to influence policy and legal frameworks that uphold the dignity of all individuals. Students involved in this project gain experience in human rights law, public interest litigation, and grassroots advocacy.
